Hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. prices at the bar and restaurant are very fair. on sundays a brunch is included instead of the normal breakfast - weekend package !

I liked the room, the design was very nice and the bed was quite confortable.
The sink in the bathroom was quite old and dirty. Comparing to the room this was not so nice. And I think that the price for parking 12 euro a night is far too expensive.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was easy to find and in a quiet area even though it was very close to the train station and shops.
There were very few facilities in the room. Not even a kettle. There was a "Maxi Bar" on our floor (I assume every floor) which was a coin operated vending machine. It attracted people who wanted a snack at all hours of the night.

I was here for 7 nights and ate at lobby restaurant with relaxed atmosphere. Location: the hotel was close enough to the Castle and nature, Kassel W railway station, and public transport especially the trams...

The total stay was nice for business trip. The restaurant here was good with relaxed atmosphere, we both ordered tasty dishes. The beds were large and the staff was attentive and efficient.

Excellent place! Great quality, retro/chic design and very nice atmosphere. Rooms a clean, very new and with nice hi-tech details that made them more comfortable. Very friendly staff and nice restaurant. I really recommend it

Family-friendly stay with a cozy vibe
The staff were super nice, always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast buffet was really good, tons of options you wouldn't expect, like pancakes and fresh fruit.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the experience it was still okay.
